60 soldiers charged with mutiny are set to appear before a military court today

60 Nigerian soldiers including 2 corprals, 9 lance corprals and 49 privates who refused to take part in an operation in Maiduguri on August 4th are set to arraign before a military court today in Abuja for committing two crimes, conspiring for mutiny and mutiny.
Meanwhile a senior advocate of Nigerian Godwin obla, said he is working towards appealing the death sentence handed to 12 soldiers on september 12th.
He however noted that the inability of the military to tell where the soldiers are stalling the process as he would need them to sign some documents for their appeal
