Rivers state may not abide by the September 22nd date given by the federal government for resumption of all public and private primary and secondary schools in Nigeria.
The Rivers State Commissioner for health Dr. parker at a sensitization and enlightment campaign on Ebola said the Rivers State government will not be in a hurry to order the reopening of schools in the state.
The Commissioner said the state will do a proper review of the Ebola case before pupils will be allowed to returned to school
He however warned that people who ignore the instructions to report all deaths in Rivers State before burial will be jailed.
